IoT and the future of domesticity
Despite notable exceptions of telephones and TVs, significant parts of the design of our homes and workplaces have changed remarkably little in the last century.
This presentation looks at what opportunities technology gives us to reimagine the interaction with our buildings and their fittings. I aim to give you inspiration and tools to design consumer devices and interactions that reduce frictions and annoyoances that we have taken for granted for decades.
