It was only the most egregious oxychauvinism that led us to conclude that tool-using intelligent life would be impossible on ice-capped ocean worlds like Ceres and Enceladus. Transmagnetic nanoassembly is in fact far more easy to acquire than high temperature metallurgy, but since it stops working above 212K, Earth life is shit out of luck. Except i’ve just rented a factory space on Europa and started hiring locals; unless the competition catches on ima corner the fuck out of the QDR-17 RAM market within the next half Jovian year.
